I've been reading a great book for anyone who struggles to juggle work, family and home commitments. Life Coach Lynette Allen shares tips for busy women. The book is written in easy to read sections, ideal for when you have just a couple of moments peace and quiet. She gets to the heart of matters like accepting compliments: if you always put yourself down when someone says something nice you should buy the book for this section alone. Other sections address issues from clearing your wardrobe to having a happy attitude to whatever life throws at you.
